Jewelry Warranty

At Bespoke By A + R, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create.

Each piece of fine jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

WHAT'S COVERED

• Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
• Structural issues related to the original setting or construction

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

• Normal wear and tear (including scratches or bending over time)
• Accidental damage, misuse, or loss
• Damage from impact, chemicals, or improper care
• Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by anyone outside of Bespoke By A + R

We stand behind the quality of our pieces with a complimentary one-year limited warranty on all purchases made within the U.S. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues. We will repair any such issues at no cost. However, repairs due to normal wear and tear will incur a fee, which will be assessed in advance. Should any damage require repair, we will provide a quote before the piece is sent in.

After the one-year period, we will gladly assist with repairs for a fee plus taxes and shipping. All pieces are carefully reviewed by our jeweler, and no work will begin without your approval of the estimated cost. 

Please note: Resizes, lost, or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty. For any issues with your pieces, please contact Bespoke By A+R at concierge@bespokebar.com and our customer concierge team will assist in initiating repairs or resizing.

Additionally, any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Bespoke By A+R, will void this warranty.
