How long will it take to receive my item?

Most in-stock pieces ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order and custom designs require more time to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality and a timeline for production will be discussed with you during the custom process.

If you need your piece by a specific date, our concierge team is happy to guide you on timelines.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Once your piece ships, you will receive a confirmation email with secure tracking details.

For custom or made-to-order items, our concierge team provides personal updates throughout the process so you always know exactly where your piece stands.

What size ring should I buy?

If you’re unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement to ensure the perfect fit.

Our concierge team can also provide discreet guidance if you’re planning a surprise.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How do I clean my pieces?

To maintain brilliance, gently clean your jewelry with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

What do I do if my jewelry chips?

While fine jewelry is crafted for lasting beauty, accidental damage can happen. If you notice a chip or concern, contact our concierge team promptly so we can assess the piece and recommend the best repair solution.

We’re here to ensure your jewelry can be restored and worn with confidence.

Can I wear my pieces in the shower?

We recommend removing fine jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Prolonged exposure to moisture and chemicals can dull the finish or weaken settings over time.

Treating your pieces with care will help preserve their brilliance for years to come.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship all orders through FedEx and have more detailed information about shipping and returns below.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We are proud to provide FREE shipping for all continental US orders as well as shipping insurance so you can be confident that your new piece will arrive safely to you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply for international orders, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to cherish your Bespoke By A+R purchase for a lifetime.  We will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the items. View our full Refund Policy to learn more about the process.
